Pfalzwerke opens the largest Deutschlandnetz fast-charging park to date in Göppingen


On Tuesday, 27/05/2025, Pfalzwerke Aktiengesellschaft opened the largest Deutschlandnetz charging park to date in Göppingen. Located on Hohenstaufenblick 1, 73035 Göppingen, in the carpark of the vocational training centre and in the immediate vicinity of the B10, Pfalzwerke now provides convenient and barrier-free charging for electric vehicles at six fast-charging columns and 12 charging points, as well as other user-friendly services.

Fast charging in Lower Saxony: eliso goes live as part of the Deutchlandnetz


In Georgsmarienhütte, around ten kilometers south of Osnabrück, four hyperchargers with eight fast charging points and a charging capacity of up to 400 kW each are now ready for use on Malberger Straße, shortly after entering the town. A special charging point is also provided for vans.

E.ON Deutschlandnetz location begins operation in Krumbach, Swabia


In Krumbach in Bavarian Swabia, E.ON has begun operating four fast-charging stations, each with two charging points, as part of the Deutschlandnetz. Eight e-vehicles can be charged simultaneously with up to 400 kilowatts. Modern e-cars will therefore be ready for the next stage of their journey within around 20 minutes.

FlächenTOOL expanded: More service for municipalities and companies


Helpful new features are now available in the National Charging Infrastructure Management Center’s FlächenTOOL, making it even more effective for finding and offering suitable sites for charging infrastructure development.

StandortTOOL combines car and truck charging infrastructure with hydrogen refuelling stations


The National Centre for Charging Infrastructure at NOW GmbH has added new data and functions to its StandortTOOL location tool. From now on, users can also display charging infrastructure that is specifically suitable for trucks, as well as hydrogen refuelling station infrastructure. These supplement the already extensive data on passenger car charging infrastructure in Germany. The StandortTOOL thereby combines detailed information on charging and refuelling for electric vehicles on a single platform.

New function in FlächenTOOL: Linking public tenders with available sites


Municipalities and other public sector actors can now link their plots directly to a public tender in the FlächenTOOL (plot tool) of the National Centre for Charging Infrastructure. Each plot is automatically allocated to the corresponding tender via a link to the tendering platform.

New, free e-learning course: successfully developing charging infrastructure for e-trucks at depots


The National Centre for Charging Infrastructure has published a new course on ‘Truck charging infrastructure at the depot’ on its e-learning platform: LadeLernTOOL. The course is free and shows how to successfully set up charging infrastructure for heavy-duty battery-electric commercial vehicles in private areas such as depots.

First E.ON Deutschlandnetz charging stations in Bavaria go into operation


E.ON is putting the first two fast-charging stations in its Deutschlandnetz charging network into operation. The new charging stations in Bad Königshofen (Lower Franconia) and Rothenburg ob der Tauber (Central Franconia) Represent a further milestone for the rapidly growing fast-charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Germany.

The Deutschlandnetz continues to grow: Mer Germany opens charging park with PV roof in Künzelsau


Mer Germany is continuing to expand its Deutschlandnetz and is opening another charging park in Künzelsau, in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The location has an environmentally friendly wooden roof, offers a range of practical services and features an integrated photovoltaic system that feeds surplus solar energy directly into the local power grid.
