New management team at NOW GmbH

From May 15, 2025, Thomas Eberhardt will join the management team of the federally owned NOW GmbH as the second Managing Director and COO. He will form the management team together with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and spokesperson Dagmar Fehler, whose contract has been extended. Eberhardt succeeds Alina Hain, who left the company on April 24, 2025.

Thomas Eberhardt, a graduate in business administration with degrees from Germany and the USA, began his professional career at Daimler AG and subsequently held a management position at Toll Collect GmbH for many years, most recently as Managing Director (CFO/COO). Since 2019, he has worked as a consultant in the transport and infrastructure sector. His focus is on the transformation of business models in the field of mobility, supporting organizational changes and optimizing operational processes.

In his new role, he will assume overall operational responsibility and play a key role in shaping the strategic development of the company. With the appointment of Thomas Eberhardt as COO, NOW GmbH has reached an important milestone in its strategic development. strategic realignment process, which was initiated in September 2024 due to the federal government's changed budget situation.
